Our SUP Pond can be found at the Sup2summit centre just off the A90 at the Royal Arch Riverside Park, providing an ideal setting for acquainting yourself with the art of SUP before returning to venture out to conquer the Scottish Coastline.
We make use of various locations along the stunning Angus/Aberdeenshire coast. Typically, we commence in a harbor or sheltered area to hone your skills, then set out to explore the Scottish coast.
The activity is contingent upon prevailing wind conditions.
Our primary operating areas include Montrose Basin, Lunan Bay, and Catterline Bay. Most of our lessons commence with an overview of equipment and its usage (if required), as well as a briefing on the areas we will be exploring before we embark on the activity.
On top of these amazing locations we also run a variety of SUP Holidays across Scotland!

What about kit?
So if you fancy having a bit of a paddle about, we have everything you need! We have full winter wetsuits (unless of course the sun is out and it’s feeling hot in which case, you may well be able to wear boardies and a sun hat, but that’s a personal choice!), paddle boards, and of course some paddles. We also provide buoyancy aids.
Our SUP instructors always carry a first aid kit in a bag, so if you need to take anything with you, this is no problem. The only thing you will need is your swimwear, wet shoes (old trainers are fine), a towel and maybe some sunscreen!
