What is stand up paddle boarding?
To put it simply you stand on a board and have a paddle to propel yourself along. Stand up Paddle Boarding is often shortened to SUP as it makes it easier to say. The boards are large stable platforms making them user-friendly for all ages and abilities.
SUP has taken off around the world!
So what are you waiting for? Book your session today with SUP2SUMMIT and try out this awesome activity.

Why SUP with us?
At SUP2SUMMIT, we are passionate and enthusiastic about what we do. We really care for everyone that wriggles into a wetsuit and wants to get in the sea. Our team take the time to make sure that although you are within a group environment everyone gets individual attention. And if you need it we can make a bespoke Paddle Boarding experience just for you or your group.

Locations?
We use many locations on the beautiful Angus/Aberdeesnhire coast. We will generally start off in a harbour or sheltered area to get your skills up and then go out and explore the Scottish coast.

This activity is controlled by what the wind is up to.

Our main areas of operation are Montrose Basin, Lunan Bay and Catterline Bay. The majority of our lessons start with a brief of equipment and it’s usage plus the areas we will be going, before we set off on activity.

What about kit?
So if you fancy having a bit of a paddle about, we have everything you need! We have full winter wetsuits (unless of course the sun is out and it’s feeling hot in which case, you may well be able to wear boardie’s and a sun hat, but that’s personal choice!),  paddle boards and of course some paddles. We also provide buoyancy aids.

Our SUP instructors always carry a first aid kit in a bag, so if you need to take anything with you, this is no problem. The only thing you will need is your swimwear, wet shoes (old trainers are fine), a towel and maybe some sunscreen!

To make a booking please follow the book now page on our website, or to find out more about, stag/hen doo’s, team building and corporate days, drop us an email or contact us through our social media pages with your requirements.

Stunning!

“The boarding was superb – never felt James would take us beyond our capabilities (me and teenagers been once before, a while back, different Co/location). The stunning scenery (Catterline) and abundance of wildlife made it an experience we’ll never forget, for all 3 of us. James really knew his stuff with regards to the geology/zoology/locale. He also made it fun – great memory. Thanks” – Tripadvisor Review
